Job Description and Requirements
This is a seasonal (March-October), OUTDOOR position with a small window of operation.
Attendance is essential during the active season — call-ins are not tolerated.
Please be sure you are fully available for the duration of the job during our peak season before applying.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Unloading trailers and rearranging flowers and related products.
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 85 lbs or more.
- Must be able to stand and work on your feet for long periods of time. Typically, 12-hour shifts during our peak season
- Must be able to work 90% of the time outdoors in all weather conditions — hot, cold, rain, or sun.
- Must wear comfortable clothing appropriate for outdoor work.
A Countryside shirt will be provided and must be worn for all shifts.
